Replacement Policy

1. Free Replacement

• If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, customers can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

• Supporting evidence (e.g., photos) must be provided.

• No additional charges will apply.

2. Replacement for Correct Products (Size/Color/Design Change)

• If the customer receives the correct product but requests a different size, color, or design:

• Shipping costs of ₹149 each way (forward and reverse) will apply per product.

• Maximum charge is capped at ₹599 for orders up to ₹10,000.

• Replacement depends on the availability of the requested variant.
